You display an empty bucket alongside three bottles of differently colored liquids and three empty, clear cups — sodas, juices, energy drinks, anything bright and colorful works. One at a time, you pour each liquid into the bucket: blue, yellow, then red. Give the bucket a swirl, blending everything into a mysterious cocktail. Then the magic begins: dip an empty cup into the bucket and lift it out full of blue liquid. Dip a second cup and pull out yellow. Finally, tip the bucket for all to see as you pour out the last of the liquid — pure red — filling the third cup.
